We never had until yesterday! My TA emailed and said disney wanted to upgrade us from Coronado to Grand Floridian at no extra cost. ummmmmm - yes please! It did show up in MDE, but I'm still not really believing it.

A few years ago we were booked at Boardwalk but decided to add a day at the front of the trip but BWI was $$$$ for that day so we added on at Yacht Club and figured we could easily transfer. When we showed up to Yacht Club we were named family of the day and they upgraded us to Club Level and given champagne and a little Dumbo stuffie for DS. We felt so fancy lol.

We had booked a regular, basic room at Yacht Club. When we checked in, they said we were being upgraded to Club level. Our room wasn’t ready yet, and they wouldn’t tell us the room number because they wanted us to be surprised. They were giddy with excitement and we didn’t understand why.

Well, a few hours later, we got a notice that our room was ready. Our “room” was the Captain’s Deck suite. It’s the largest suite on Disney property, I think. It was ridiculously awesome. It was a lot of fun but we had to keep reminding the kids not to expect that on any future trips!!
