Friday: Off Saturday: 35 mile gravel ride Sunday: 45 mile fast road ride. I wanted to do a bit more but had to get my car's oil changed in the afternoon. Boo.
I am not a good napper. Even if im tired, i can rarely sleep during the day and, when i do, i feel more tired afterwards and feel like i wasted my day.
Friday: 6 miles easy Saturday: 15 w/10 at race pace Sunday: rest
I love naps! I typically try not to take them because I love sleeping well at night more, but I was exhausted after my run on Saturday so I took a glorious 2-hour(!) nap.

Fri: rest/3 mile walk Sat: 4.5 mile run Sun: 8 mile run
I'm not a nap person. Taking naps usually leaves me feeling worse when I wake up (headache-y, weird stomach aches, it's just awful). And they mess with my sleep at night. I'd rather just go to be early if I'm that tired. The exception is when I'm sick, then I nap all day.

Fri: 20 min Peloton cycle and 30 min HIIT cardio/strength Sat: 60 min Peloton cycle Sun: 60 min Peloton cycle
I'm not really a nap person. I would have the freakiest dreams in college when I napped! Plus it seems to make me more tired. I don't sleep well in general though.
F - ran 6, walked 3 later in the day Sa - rest Su - swam a whole 600 yds (lol) open water. Not 100% sure on exact temp, but I think the water was in the mid to high 50s. My body felt perfectly comfy in my wetsuit, my hand and feet were cold but not tooooo bad, but I could barely stand to put my face in.
I adore naps, and very very rarely get to take them.
