You could dive into the world of custom/preorder fabric groups on FB. But beware, it's a big rabbit hole, and most of the time you can be waiting up to 12 weeks or more for the fabric since most is printed to order in China.

Spun Honey Fabric and Punkin Head Threads are two internet small businesses I order from fairly frequently. They mostly offer fabrics for preorder but do keep some in stock and have webpages they sell from.
I’ve ordered a lot from Connecting Threads and have always been really happy. Missouri Star Quilt Co also has a good online presence and lots of fabrics.
Jersey is a really, really variable fabric- probably the toughest to order online. I have had good (and a sprinkling of bad) experiences with Fabric.com, GirlCharlee, Mood, Ebay (a lont time ago) and Etsy. What are you making? Do you have a serger/coverstitch machine, or are you just working with a sewing machine? I've worked with some really delicate jerseys that are super curly and really need a coverstitched hem to behave, and some fairly stable jerseys that are fine with a double-needle hem on a sewing machine- and some stupid, stiff, cheap jersey that was only good for dog toys- so just be sure you know what you want.
