Haven't lifted in many many years but want to get back into it. Any schedules that you love? Any recent awesome trends of how to approach things? Or should I just do whatever I used to do (if I can remember - I think I alternated major muscle groups and did abs every day). TIA!
I recently started including more strength training into my routine by doing various short strength workouts on the Peloton app. I don't have a Peloton bike or tread, but like the app for its other workouts. There's a Facebook group called Hardcore on the Floor that has a monthly calendar with suggested daily Peloton strength workouts that I try to follow.
They have a bunch of workout programs, and I've run several over the past year, and I feel like the ones I've done have been pretty comprehensive with hitting multiple muscle groups.

I’ve been using the Peloton app for strength workouts since April 2020. I like it. It’s very doable if you’re exercising at home. They use bodyweight or dumbbells. It’s not “heavy lifting,” but it’s sufficient for my needs. I really like Jess Sims, Robin, Matty, Ben, Selena, and Olivia.
