Anyone have anything yet for June? I’m making some t shirts for my kids and their cousins to wear on our joint vacation this summer. Working on the design today and the Htv and shirts should arrive later this week.
This is the general design I’ve made, but it has more detail and says adventure awaits. Too much detail for the coaster size as it was impossible to weed. Trying to merge Sea World/CA/Hawaii into one.

I made this for a vendor I work with. His wife had a baby recently and the nursery decor is what I call "classy safari." It's in a 12x12 shadowbox.
I'm absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. Could be my best piece yet. I can't take credit for the design, I bought the cut files from Design Bundles.
T shirts were finished tonight. I’m happy with how they turned out but every time I use the Cameo I feel like I’m starting over from scratch. And the easy press. Ugh. I just want it to get easier faster. But every material and color is so different that with every cut I’m learning it all over again. And I feel like the Cameo does a bad job with cardstock which bothers me.
I also finished this quilt. My Girl Scout troop made a string quilt for donation. 9 members of the troop sewed blocks. We did a quilt as you go method from the book Quilt as You-go Made Modern in which the girls used the batting as the foundation for the string blocks. With the exception of my daughter no one else had ever seen before and only 1 parent owns a sewing machine. The girls in the troop are all 5 and 6.

I did not grow a baby but that is a pillow to demonstrate the excellent functionality of the sweater I just sewed my Sister. She is going to be a pumpkin (baby due at end of October).
I have always loved Deer & Doe patterns but I have honestly never put together such a well thought out knit sewing pattern. This was delightful to make and came out very well. It’s a little big on me but the fact that it has individual sizes for a knit pattern is awesome, as compared to S/M/L.
I’m going to go ahead and buy the regular version of the Givre pattern. It includes a sleeveless dress, sweater dress, sweater and tank top and people have hacked it to also make a plain tshirt and tshirt dress as well.

I made myself the purple shirt and the Nevada one. Teacher gifts, friend goodbye gifts, and I got a vinyl stamp with my logo. I made two little Wee Wonderfuls Mermaidens for a raffle too.
Oh the irony! Tuesday I was moving my crafting light to work on this cross stitch and dropped it on the top of my foot. It weighs almost 13 pounds. 😳😳 After a long night, I went to urgent care. Fortunately I didn’t break any bones but I have some impressive swelling and bruising. 🤣
