We'll be there in March 2022. I'm looking forward to both of your reviews. There is a Facebook group for CBR. The moderator is really good and the info is up to date. Lots of people in the group are from the UK, so beware of things like deals, packages, etc. www.facebook.com/groups/disneycbr/?ref=share

We have! We went with DH and myself, 2 elementary kids, and 3 grandparents. We loved it. I know lots of people complain about the size and bus stops and blah blah blah. BUT, we knew that going in. There are quite a few bus stops and that makes it super easy to get to on from your room! I've always struggled as to why this was such a big deal to some. It's a beautiful resort. Pools and food were great. I'd stay there again!
We’re staying here now. My girls like the pool better than Wilderness Lodge. Skyliner is great - except when it closes for lightning. There are buses when that happens though. We’re in Aruba so have been using Riviera for transport a lot. For the price (generally half the price of a deluxe) I think it’s great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but I miss having a balcony. It’s annoying to be so far from pool and food IMO. Doable of course, but a definite downside.
We stayed there in December 2019 and here is what I said in my review:
We stayed at Caribbean Beach. It was ok. The skyliner is great and makes travel to Epcot and Hollywood Studios fast. However, buses take forever and are always the farthest away when traveling back to the hotel from parks or Disney Springs.
Hmm, Okay buses is a concern for me. Last time we went we noticed some of the cheaper hotels had far fewer buses and longer bus lines than the hotel we stayed at.
I've stayed there twice and wasn't a huge fan, but that was before the Skyliner and Riviera hotel. I'm currently booked to stay there this February because POR hasn't reopened yet and we need a room with a 5th sleeper. With the addition of the Sklyliner and being able to walk to Riviera for the occasional non-park meal. I'm actually kind of excited. Does anyone know if the Skyliner runs early/ late? We're rope drop 'till closing people so if the Skyliner times don't accommodate that then it's not a perk.

I appreciate the reviews!
We are also considering Beach Club.
We stayed at Caribbean Beach in 2016. Buses were sometimes frustrating - a few filled up before they got to our resort stop and we had to wait for the next one. (This was well before the Skyliner, so busing may have improved a bit since we were there.) We did really like having a room with the 5th sleeper (twin-size Murphy bed) - each kid had their own bed and it resulted in way fewer arguments. The pool was also nice and dining options at the resort were good.
If I were choosing between Beach Club and Caribbean Beach, I would choose Beach Club, mostly for the main pool (as long as the pool renovations are complete) and walkability to Epcot.

We just stayed there at the beginning of May. It was 2 adults, and a 5yr old.
We stayed in Trinidad Village and had one of those loved/hated pirate rooms. Our daughter LOVED the pirate room, but for older kids and adults it's nothing special. I thought it was cute though.
Trinidad was great for us, and we would stay there again, but I should add we haven't stayed anywhere else in that resort.
We stayed in Trinidad building #36, we asked for ground floor, and it was close to the small pool, laundry building, and bus stop. It was about a 10 minute (or less) walk to the skyliner hub as well. We were also close to the Spyglass Grill, but it wasn't open yet.
Yes the resort is LARGE. It will take a while to ride an internal bus to the lobby, and it's about a 10 minute walk by foot to the lobby from where we were. But we took the bus to the main pool and to get food every day we were there and it wasn't bad at all.
Here's a tip I wish we knew the first day - You DO NOT have to wait for an internal bus to come if you're just trying to get back to your room.
For example, when we were leaving the main pool by the lobby, we would wait forever for an internal bus to come by, while all the park buses would come one right after the other. Finally a driver told us we could take any bus back to our room, because all buses stop at each "village" before heading off to the park.
The biggest reason we booked there is the skyliner. We are doing all our Epcot and HS days while we stay there, and our MK days when we stay at WL. We'll also do our AK day while staying at CBR so that should *hopefully* be the only bus we need to take unless we don't want to walk to the lobby/food.
As for Skyliner times bronxgirl they generally operate one hour before HS opens until one hour after Epcot closes.
