So I have a Vanguard 401K account with my new company. I have three other previous retirement accounts: One is an Annuity with MetLife (that was itself created from 401k rollover funds), one is a State ORP with Voya, and one is a 403b with Benefits For You.
Should I open a new Vanguard Rollover IRA to move these or just roll them all over into the new/current 401K account? I really wish I could just hire someone to do all of the legwork for me lol

I’d probably roll the 3 other accounts into a new vanguard rollover account. You’ll have more flexibility in which investments you can choose and then when you leave current job it will be easy to roll current vanguard into the new vanguard rollover account.
Thank you! When I first set it up 8 years ago, I swear I did it as a Rollover IRA so when I finally got around to trying to change my name on my account I was surprised to hear them call it an Annuity. But MetLife definitely went through some kind of change somewhere in there, but I honestly wasn't paying attention.

That is how they get you.
I've read that surrender periods can be six to eight years, so you are probably at the tale end of the period. It would be good to get out cause annuities typically have higher fees than an IRA account with Vanguard.
