I mean, if I have the knock off Chik Fil A sauce (our local grocery store makes/sells it), I'll eat any of them. I do like home fries with breakfast though, not with lunch/dinner foods.
I'm very specific on other fries though. Jack in the Box- can ONLY be eaten with THEIR bbq sauce mixed with THEIR buttermilk ranch in a 1:1 ratio. Arby's- ONLY curly fries and has to mixed with horsey and Arby's sauce at a 2:1 ratio.
It's really all about the condiment for me. I hate ketchup, so if there's nothing else available, I won't even eat fries.

Mmmmm, fries. I think they are my second favorite food. My first favorite is cheesesteaks (Philly girl 4Lyfe!). Standard, crinkle or steak are my faves, most def w/ Whiz @psugrad!
Least fave: sweet potato (I don't like sweet potatoes) and smileys. Bring ALL the other ones on. Agree w/ jlt19, home fries are breakfast only.

If I had to pick one to only eat for the rest of my life, I'd go with curly fries. But I love a good, crispy waffle fry or a standard cut (especially if they are from fresh cut potatoes)

I feel like you people who pickled sweet potato have been brainwashed somehow 😜 I will eat them and they’re ok for me, but nothing compared to a traditional fry fried in oil (and yes I have an air fryer and I really do like them that way, but nothing compared to a deep fry).
I like steak, regular, shoestrings, curly and tater tots. I won’t choose between them lol!
If any of them are seasoned, I'm going with that one. This is going to sound blasphemous but me personally, I feel like if it NEEDS ketchup then your fries aren't good enough (looking at you, Wendys).
But home fries, I cannot resist. I love potatoes in all forms 🤤
My DS used to reject potatoes in all forms. I thought he may be a changling. He started with mashed potatoes around the holidays, soon after moved to McDonald's fries, and now he loves baked potatoes. Such a relief that he is my kid after all, whew!
Standard fries + heavy amounts of seasoned salt are my favorite, but most places don't use that. Otherwise I'm always up for a good tator tot.
Homefries are for breakfast only, and only when accompanied by at least two eggs with runny yolks.
Sweet potato fries are OK when they are extra crispy and spicy. Although I did have some at a restaurant once that were topped with brown sugar and cinnamon, and it totally didn't go with my sandwich, but they were pretty awesome.
