Revoked from Global Entry?

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I have had Global Entry for I think 6 years, just recently renewed it and also applied for my husband and son. My husband was approved and my son is awaiting his interview.

Today both my husband & I received emails that it was revoked, and all they say is "does not meet eligibility requirements."

I have looked up the eligibility requirements and we meet them all. No issues at customs, nothing illegal, etc.

I already submitted for reconsideration but just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this?

That's frustrating! Was there a letter with the reasoning in your TTP dashboard? They are supposed to tell you why you were denied.

Yes, but it just says "you do not meet program eligibility requirements."
I can't figure out what I do not meet as nothing has changed since I originally enrolled.
