Friday: off- food poisoning from Thursday night. I called in sick to work. Took several 2 hour naps through the day. Saturday: 23 mile cycling club social paced gravel ride - good slow pace to match how we felt. Sunday: 35 mile hilly road ride
BQ: Sleep. Lots of it. Sipping water or whatever you can stomach to try not to get too dehydrated. I got really dehydrated, and my HR stayed high for about 50+ hours. I found something called Biolyte, which is like Pedialyte for adults. I drank one bottle Saturday and one today. I think it along with trying to get as much fluid as possible on both days really helped. My HR is almost back to normal.
