Ha I was thinking about doing this month update but also only like a couple days ago. I had my hysteroscopy, went well with one little polyp removed (apparently they scraped most of it off just by putting the scope in). I was on estrogen post scope to promote a good lining as it healed and reduce adhesions, finished those and now waiting for some bleeding and then we will do a saline sono to make sure it looks all clear for another transfer. So maybe september or october for transfer? Hurry up and wait, as usual.

I just got my cycle calendar for our FET and I'm scheduled for 9/22...starting BCP tomorrow! I've never done a FET (only a fresh cycle), so I'm not really sure what all to expect, I'd imagine much the same as my fresh transfer. My meds were scheduled to be delivered today, FedEx says they were delivered, but no meds. I checked with the neighbors and they didn't get them, so I just finished filing a claim. I've NEVER had a package lost before, so of course the first one would have to be something super important.

We had an appointment at the end of July and the doctor confirmed they believe the reason we got no embryos from a 20-year-old donor is due to the eggs. On the call she suggested a donor who was currently cycling and is proven, so our 4 extra eggs could be fresh. We had a night to decide. We had seen her profile before, and I really liked her then too. So we went ahead. Out of 4 eggs, we got 2 embryos (5aa, 6ba) that they were able to biopsy and freeze. PGS results should come in about a week now. Embryo plan meeting is September 1. Assuming good PGS results, based on my upcoming cycles, likely transfer in early October, but we might be able to do September.
We were matched with a gestational carrier a few weeks ago!
We're having a slight legal issue, though. Our agency/lawyer wanted to do the pre-birth order in our county, but the family judge in our county (literally JUST our county in our entire state) rarely approves PBOs for some reason. But the surro lives in NY, which JUST legally moved forward to allow surrogacy in February, so everything is still new and they have a lot of additional requirements (carrying health insurance for her for a year after birth, additional legal costs, higher life insurance). So we're still working that out.

DW had the ERA and Receptiva tests. No findings from either, which should be good news, but we want more things to fix.
Her bloodwork after 4 weeks on Derbala supplements looked good, so tomorrow she goes for the expensive follow-up RI bloodwork. If everything looks good there, we are set for a FET on September 17 . . . which is her 40th birthday and the day after Yom Kippur. It's so emotionally loaded, I can't think about it too much.

Good luck to you too! Fingers crossed for new positives around here.

Results are in and we have one euploid embryo out of the two. The other is aneuploid, so definitely unusable. I start BCP on CD 1, which should be this week. Then we'll pick a date for FET about 6 weeks out.
We're waiting to find out gender to know if it works.
