Cycling (all forms): 500 miles The most in about 2 years since the summer before my heart problems. Yoga: 1 formal practice, but I stretch at least once/week (yeah, this is something I'm continually working on. Much better at it in the winter.)
Sept: Do more than 1 formal yoga practice. My mileage will decrease after this week as I move into preparing for cyclocross season.
I did something 24/31 days. I ran 44.75 mi, biked 32.19 mi, swam 440 laps (just over 6 mi), walked 6 mi, lifted twice, did yoga once, and gave blood. I’m glad to keep moving however I can.
For September, I’d like to still keep moving. It’s going to be very busy and I’ll just have to do what I can. I did decide a couple of months back to scrap a fall half, so that’s not happening, but I’m ok with that for now.
