I have not been around in a minute and I doubt anyone remembers me from when I was, but I need help and though you classy broads might be able to advise.
I need a new accent chair for my living room. The last one I bought appears to be built of cardboard, which isn’t great since its primary function is a jungle gym for my kids.
My aesthetic is basic bitch, I prefer an upholstered armchair. The one I have I bought from Ashley and I like it, but it is just not sturdy. I’d shell out up to $2000 for the just right one.
I just bought chairs from Interior Define and would recommend. They are well built and the overall craftsmanship seems great to me. They’re very comfortable. I’m guessing they’re having a sale this weekend for the holiday.
The build and shipping time is long. I ordered in February and got them in July, but I don’t think that’s unusual right now regardless of where you order from unless you get something already in stock.
They are made in China though, so something to consider it that’s important to you.
