Find this Halloween pin from the 90s?

DH, his sister and cousins swear they had this Halloween pin. Probably from the late 80s or early 90s. They all got one at a combo birthday/Halloween party from their Aunt. Aunt has since passed away and it would mean a lot to DH if he could get another one. (Screenshot taken from the movie Hocus Pocus). The pin (or necklace?) Had a button on top of the pumpkin hat that you pressed and the pumpkin eyes would flash red and it would make a noise. I've looked for years on Etsy and eBay and can't find anything close. Does anyone have one they'd be willing to part with or have better Google search skills than I that could find one for sale? I couldn't figure out how to attach the photos so hopefully this link works.

My mom had a lot of that kind of stuff in the '90s and I feel like most of it came from Joann Fabric stores.

I remember that exact ghost. For some reason McDonalds flashed into my head but I'm prob. wrong.
