Quick reminder that we will be discussing The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett on Wednesday September 29.

Here's some interesting news:
"Brit Bennett’s novel The Vanishing Half, about identical sisters who, after growing up in the same town, separate at age 16, with one passing for white, is in development with HBO, which won a seven-figure auction with 17 bidders. Bennett is slated to serve as executive producer of the limited series."

I'm at 89% in the audiobook. I think it could lead to some good discussion; there are some complex interpersonal dynamics.
