Friday- off Saturday- lots of stretching Sunday- ran a mile to the start of a race, walked the 5k race with a friend.... and fell down the stairs banging up my knee, shin, and big toe when I got home.
I have a half marathon a week from today, so I really hope my toe is just bruised
BQ: I am obsessed with pumpkins, but pumpkin flavored things are a definite NO from me.

Friday: short run Saturday: long run Sunday: walk, strength, 30 min peloton class
Pumpkin spice: I like pumpkin baked goods, like pies and muffins. I don’t like pumpkin spice added to everything else. I’m a definite no on pumpkin spice coffee.

Fri: rest day. I tried to take a walk to be somewhat active, slipped on some mud, and fell. I banged up my knee (mostly just scraped up) and my arms are sore since I fell forward onto them. Ugh, so embarrassing. Sat: 9 mile run Sun: 4 mile run, lower body strength
BQ: love pumpkin spice coffee, my current fave is pumpkin cream cold brew. Love pumpkin pie and other pumpkin baked goods. Do NOT like pumpkin candy items (like pumpkin Kit Kat’s etc).
this is my final peak week for 70.3 training... F - ran a rather brutal 5 miles on a new rather hilly route. will not be repeating that route soon. Sa - biked 50! feeling pretty good about it. Su - swam 1.2, ran 5 (was meant to be more like 8, but my hip was tight and I didn't to push it)
Pumpkin spice - yes please and thank you. I love it. Seasonal all the things. See also: warm spiced cider.
melmel48 I am so sorry! I hope you are able to find a HM later this fall!
I already had already registered for one at the end of October! I am hoping I can do that one, but I am concerned about doing it without continuing training.
