I’m not in the US so I’m useless but any painted cabinet is custom order which usually involves 6 weeks minimum for delivery after order. With COVID, all construction is insanely delayed in my area. I just got a 1 year lead time on a little baby generator for a clients project that would usually be 12 weeks.

Can you get unfinished and then have them painted in place?
We modified our island and found a cabinet place that only does unfinished cabs, but can do custom sizes if necessary. It was maybe 6 weeks for fab? Can’t remember. Then we had a painter come paint the whole island.

Any local companies you can try to source? We used a custom builder and they were done in 7 weeks. And the price was pretty much the same as some big-box stores and national brands of cabinets.
In Indy, I'd probably try custom, but even then you may be pushing your luck.
The building and interiors industries are taking a huge hit on materials, labor, and tariffs right now. Every other week, we have a manufacturer telling us lead times are increasing again and/or prices are going up again. On top of that, there's a boom in construction and remodeling.
Maybe Ikea (they have one or two navy options) or Menards (unfinished there)? Good luck, friend.

Update on this just in case anyone else is looking! The fastest turn around time I found was doing IKEA cabinets and Semihandmade for the doors (which would be about a 4 week to delivery). However my friend who did our mudroom is going to make them for us. He can get the kitchen done earlier than I can wait for the entertainment ones.
