I’m on the gym bike at the moment, trying to squeeze a last little something into September. This month was crazy busy with work and volunteer stuff and regular life, but I kept moving every chance I got. Highlights are 5am swims when I can get them, biking kids to school, yoga during passive work calls, and perfect running weather. I’m looking forward to cooler weather in October, and hopefully running some more miles!
Sept was: “something” 22/30 days: 31.35 mi run, 55.14 mi bike, 512 laps (7.11 mi) swum, 7.5 mi walked, yoga 3x… and a flu vaccine. 😊
