They have a barbacoa meat in their deli section that you just need to microwave and it's really, really good.
Last night we just had these bacon-wrapped chicken breasts stuffed with like pepperjack cheese or something. Freezer section--they're cook from raw/not pre-cooked, so that took about 45 in the oven. But I'll definitely buy them again. (I think they're new because I don't remember seeing them before.)
Their coconut curry chicken in the deli is good. Recipe changed a year or so ago and I think it's got mango in it now. I think it tastes practically the same but my kids don't like it anymore.

Suhki’s tikka masala, throw it over some rice and serve with naan.
Chicken and pineapple meatballs
Street tacos
We also really like browning some Ground turkey and throwing in with two bags of tasty bite madras Lentils and peas and serve with naan as well. Not “premade” but quick and easy
Mine recently started carrying bulgogi in the deli area. I put it in the instant pot for like 12-15 minutes? But there are regular cooking instructions on it too. We had it with cilantro rice, but it would be great with cauliflower rice or in a low-carb wrap or whatever you'd like.
The cilantro-lime shrimp on a salad or wrap is also a great, quick meal. Pre-cooked, too!
If you're into soup, they have legal seafood clam chowder that my husband says tastes just like it does at the restaurant.
I love the street tacos, and they also have a southwest chicken salad with the same types of toppings.

My son loves the fairlife protein drink that Costco is the only place I can find it at. He'll have that with some fresh fruit for breakfast. We're also huge fan of the street tacos, the chicken nuggets and the panera mac and cheese cups. On practice nights I can make the nuggets in 8 minutes in the airfryer and he has them with either half a cup of the panera mac and cheese or sweet potato fries and some raw veggies.
Thanks for all of the suggestions! There were a handful of things that (as a PP mentioned) were unavailable in our local store, but quite a few items were options. I spent about $150 and now have a freezer filled with easy meals. So thankful.
We ate the bare chicken chunks for lunch and they were SO GOOD.
