Public Service Loan Forgiveness changes

I don't pretend to be an expert, but there have been some exciting (from what I've heard) changes in student loan forgiveness programs lately.  Several of my colleagues who were not previously eligible for forgiveness because their loans were the wrong type or whatever are now eligible.  Figured I'd pass the info along!
