Knoxville Travel for Halloween

I’ll be traveling to Knoxville for 4 days, at the end of October. I want to see places that have good fall foliage. We don’t have that in my area, so I want to take it all in while I can. Any suggestions of food locations, site seeing, photo op places, charming fall foliage locations etc….

I’ll be exploring alone, just FYI.
