wanderingback We are unexplained. All testing clear - clear HSG, hormones within normal levels, high AMH for a 40 y.o. MH’s SA is excellent (he brags 🙄). I do have some cervical stenosis, but RE doesn’t think that should be a big deal, and IUI bypasses that barrier. Ultimately not sure aside from the obvious “advanced maternal age”. Additionally it’s hard to say how my brain tumor removal affects things as it was big enough to affect many structures. Just a big unknown there.

Jalapeñomel , thank you for the kindness. IVF is just so much. I’m tired of being poked, prodded and basically being a science experiment bc of my brain issue. IVF just adds to it. FWIW, My neuro-oncologist has blessed any and all fertility treatments. It’s purely a personal decision rn. And who knows, it may change,

I totally understand. Whatever decision you make, it’ll be the right one for you.

My hcg is down to 247!
I know the last little bit can take awhile to go down, but I’ve been presently surprised with my drop the past 2 weeks.

I also restarted acupuncture last week with someone who I really clicked with, so that made me happy (I don’t think I shared about the problems with the last acupuncture person ugh).

Crossing fingers, but feeling good going in to 2022 I think!

Finally starting our one and only FET cycle after many, many delays (on our end). We only had 3 embryos and used 2 on our fresh cycle, so one remaining. Transfer planned for 1/6.
