Biking (all bikes): 340 miles Goal for Nov.: Get over a blood clot in my porcine mitral valve in my heart. I hope to be back on the bike lightly by next weekend.
I did something 24/31 days. Ran 41.2 mi, biked 52.09 mi, swam 572 laps (7.94 mi), walked 9.7 mi (I have started meeting a friend for a quick lunchtime walk), played 4 square with my kids once for an hour, did yoga once. I had a cold that was not Covid, and I got a Moderna booster and also felt crappy for a short while from that. I squeezed in something any chance I got, and I cannot complain at all because I have so much going on right now.
November the goal is to keep moving (more days than not), watch my little one run in a bigger cc meet (it has been so fun cheering them both on this season, and the little one is FAST), do a race with my whole extended fam on Thanksgiving.
In November (Sunday actually) I will run my first half marathon in 2 years. I'm definitely undertrained (see October mileage), but I know I can get it done.
ETA: You can't catch a break, sadlebred! I hope that its smooth sailing healthwise in the near future.
Bike (all Peloton) 82.4 mi Walk/Run (combo of outdoor and treadmill): 37.2 mi
I really focused on outdoor running in October, but with the weather getting colder and it now getting darker earlier, my outdoor running is going to take a nosedive again. For November I’d love to at least keep my walk/run mileage the same, if not have it increase, even though more miles will be via the treadmill. I just got the Peloton tread about two weeks ago, and I’m ready to put it to good use this winter.

Run: 106.6 miles Walk: a lot. I walked close to as many miles as I ran. I was active in October! Strength: 2x Crosstrain: 4x - once was the bike, 3 times was the elliptical.
I ran a 10k on 10/31 and have a half marathon on 12/5 so I'm not surprised I picked up my mileage in October. My goal for November is to just do what I can in the lead up to my race - my mom will be in town one weekend and then we are going to Vegas over Thanksgiving, so I know my running won't be where i want it.
Ran 70 miles. I don't track my walking but usually do a walk in the am/pm of 5 miles/day which I guess brings me to about 150 miles for the month (I'd say that's generous).
Got up to a long run of 10 miles on the weekend - and sustained that for the month, then at the end of the month started some speed training for the first time in 2 years - hoping to slowly ease back into it. Goal is 80 miles for November including the speed and tempo runs.
I had my 70.3 at the start of the month and then pretty much gave myself the month off to only do what I felt like doing...which was a choice for sure since I have a half on Saturday.
So not counting the 70.3, I ran about 40 miles, biked 5 (for work) and didn't swim at all.
Goal for Nov is deciding what I'm doing for my January race (signed up for a 50k, have the option of 25) and actually get to training for it.
