F: 2.5 miles S: rest S: 13.1! First half in 2 years
Q: Definitely the cooler weather. It was 35* at the start of my half yesterday and that’s perfect for me. I also love running places with pretty foliage.
Friday: 30 min Peloton ride, 10 min core, 20 min lower body Saturday: rest (had a laser hair removal appt in a morning and it’s recommended that you don’t sweat for up to 24 hours after the treatment, lol) Sunday: 30 min Peloton outdoor run, 10 min core, 30 min lower body focused yoga
My favorite part about working out in the fall is that I don’t die of heat stroke when I’m running outdoors…It just makes everything easier and more comfortable. Also my basement is cooler in the fall so I’m less warm when I’m working out indoors, as well. All of mine revolve around my levels of sweating. The less hot I am, the happier I am.
