We have our final walk through scheduled on Friday. They said it should take 1.5 hours and they will go through warranties. Any things we should be sure they go over with us?
Our final walkthrough was our chance to point out any deficiencies that needed to be fixed/touched up, primarily things like paint touch-ups, checking that switchplates/outlet covers were straight, etc. Anything we pointed out (and there were surprisingly quite a few little things like minor flaws in paint) was marked and fixed before we took possession.

This. I went along with my parents for their final new construction walk through years ago and my stepdad brought a level and painters tape. I thought it was kind of obnoxious but it was actually a great idea. We found lots of minor flaws, marked them with painters tape. And they addressed all those little issues. The biggest issue was a bathroom vanity counter that wasn't level, so they had to adjust that too.
I’m not sure this is a final walk thru thing or if previously checked, but make sure the hot and cold faucets are correct and electrical outlets work and light switches turn on and off the correct things and the correct direction (on is up unless a dual switch, etc)
We had the opportunity to look at everything in detail ahead of time since we lived nearby and the superintendent was available. However, as we got close to closing, we spent extra time on inspecting the bigger ticket items like the wood floors and kitchen cabinets. We also hired an inspector for an extra set of eyes.
