Friday: Off Saturday: Turtle Pace gravel ride with friends (staying in my restrictions) Sunday: Easy rail trail road ride
BQ: It will be a quiet long weekend. I'll cook on Thursday, and Friendsgiving is next weekend. I'll do some easy riding within my restrictions and maybe some yoga.
I will probably do some online shopping. I really want a new string trimmer from the same place I got the other battery powered yard tools earlier this year. I don't really need anything else.
Friday: 20 min Peloton recovery ride, 1 mi walk, 20 min yoga Saturday: 20 min Peloton recovery ride, 1 mi walk, 15 min full body stretch Sunday: Off
It was a nice recovery week before I start a 12-week 10k training plan tomorrow. 😬
BQ: Wednesday I’ll prep the sweet potatoes for thanksgiving dinner. Thursday we’ll go to my mom’s and she’s cooking everything else. I always get assigned the sweet potatoes and wine…I guess those are my specialties, lol. I’ll probably do some online shopping for Black Friday, but other than that, our plans are to decorate for Christmas this weekend. I’ll get my workouts/runs in somewhere around all that. I’m looking forward to the long holiday weekend!

Fri: rest day Sat: 7 mile run Sun: rest
BQ: We are going to Las Vegas on Tuesday. I am so excited for a vacation. I’ll still have to run a couple days while I’m there, but I cannot wait to not be at home for a few days.
Fri - nothing Sat - gym bike 14.5 mi Sun - ran 3 mi with my girls and then took them swimming. I might have done 30 laps with the little one. I’m trying to get them both to lessen the yaw when they swim - my older daughter is not terrible and cranked out a mile, but the younger one probably needs real lessons on her stroke because she’s certainly not listening to me!
For Thanksgiving, we’re going to the beach with my extended family (all fully vaxxed and boosted except for the three kids, half vaxxed) later this week. Some of them got there yesterday. From the sound of it tonight, my little family’s room will have two bunk beds with four single beds. My husband’s been grousing about this upcoming experience from the get go, and now I may be joining him, lol. 🤣

Friday: 5 mile run Saturday: 8 mile run, lower body strength Sunday: Peloton ride, upper body strength
BQ: We’re going to my aunt and uncle’s house. They live about an hour away from us. My cousins will be there, too. I’m making stuffing (technically dressing) and desserts.
On Friday I plan to do some online shopping if anything I want is on sale. My husband is running a marathon on Saturday, so it will be my turn to be in support mode.
Friday: work travel, but snuck in 10 minute core yoga Saturday: 60 min Peloton cycle Sunday: 30 min Peloton cycle
BQ: My inlaws arrive tomorrow for a week. Whhhheeeeeee. My BIL hosts, so we will go there Thursday. I am nervous...our first "normal" holiday in two years. Everyone is vaxxed, but numbers are really bad here. @ my kids got their first dose 2 weeks ago, so hoping for some protection. @
Fitness wise, I hope to stick to my usual routine in all the chaos!
friday - usual 5 mile coffee run with my BRF's Saturday - 1 mile kid hike, and then spent all day cooking sunday - was supposed to run, but my legs were tired from being on my feet all day, so I skipped my run because I had more cooking to do (our christmas gifts to family are almost entirely food so there's a lot of food prep that happens for the next month. this weekend was frozen apps - mini quiche, savory mini danish braid things, empanadas and phyllo triangles. Next up is the sausage.)
BQ: Turkey Trot close to home, food at the IL's, and then they just offered to keep the kids that night, which means we get to hang out and chat over wine longer since we can just put them to bed, which is lovely. And then we get a nice day to ourselves!
