Note: All activities within my cardiac restrictions
Friday: Off Saturday: 2 hour gravel ride Sunday: participated in a CX race (I participated only and didn't race. The course was pretty flat, so it was easy to ride at sloth pace and keep my HR under control.)
BQ: I bought myself a new equestrian helmet and Ariat paddock boots. I burn about 200 calories in a 30 minute hunter/jumper (English) riding lesson. Nothing biking related.
Add: My old equestrian helmet was dated manufacture 2009. Eek! This was safety issue! I don't know if we have any equestrians here, but I got the One K Custom CCS MIPS helmet.

Friday: 5 mile run Saturday: 12 mile run. I ran into some friends at mile 3 and joined them for a while, which was a nice surprise. Sunday: 60 minutes on the Peloton bike, upper body strength, and a walk outside.
BQ: I asked for new headphones to use when running.
Fri: Rest Sat: 4 mile walk, then met a friend for happy hour. Sun: Half marathon! It was warm, humid, and gross out, but I made it!
BQ: I always ask for running stuff, b/c it's easy for folks to get for me. This year I asked for a new waist belt/phone holder, some new running tops, and a couple of new headbands.
