Friday: Off Saturday: 1 hour horseback less on w/jumping (covered ring) + lots of walking Sunday: 2 hour gravel ride + threw my back out in the morning
BQ: I meet a friend or two for a single gals' dinner every Christmas Eve at a nice restaurant. The Winter holidays/Christmas/New Years tend to be pretty quiet for me.

Fri: rest Sat: rest, plus finish Christmas shopping Sun: 5 mile run plus strength training
BQ: H and I usually travel over the holiday, but not this year. Other than that, I usually visit my parents over New Years. So maybe you could call that a “holiday tradition”. Lol
Fri- Nothing Sat- The weather was awful here! I walked around the mall for an hour and a half while my phone was getting a new battery. Sun- Took a walk with one of my client's because I worked today!
Fri - ran 3 mi Sat - ran 3.5 mi w/ my older daughter Sun - swam 60 laps and biked 6 mi w/ my younger daughter
We almost always do Christmas Eve with my husband’s family. It’s not always the full seven fishes but usually at least five or six. There’s a ton of food and presents and noise and it’s exactly the same each year, except the kids are a year older - we adults stay the same. 😉
Fri: 30 min strength Sat: 60 min Peloton cycle Sun: 45 min Peloton cycle
Pre-covid we would spend Christmas Eve at my parents house, and then Christmas day at home with just our family. Its one of the best traditions we started 4 or so years ago.
Friday: 1.5 mile run, 10 min core, 10 min Pilates, 10 min hip-focused yoga Saturday: 4 mile run (longest I’ve run in years!!), 20 min full body stretch Sunday: REST!
BQ: We really don’t have any true Christmas traditions anymore. We did growing up, but my parents are divorced now, my brother has his own family, I have FI’s family…We’re kind of all over the place now. I have to watch Charlie Brown Christmas at least once, but that’s really it. I feel like that sounds kind of sad, but we get to start making our own new traditions, so that’s exciting.
