I haven’t bought yet but I have been looking at the commit 30 planners. I haven’t used a paper planner in years. I did get a planner in a subscription box a while back so I may just use that one for the sake of saving money. Following for better ideas.

I bought one from Zulily last year that I really like. It's from Excello Brands (www.excellobrands.com). I actually just bought another one from their website for 2022. I like the hardcover calendar year planner. The 8.5" x 11" was $22.95 with free shipping.
I mainly use it for work as my way of keeping track of priorities for the week, what needs to get done from day to day, as well as important dates.
I have a Day Designer planning calendar from Target that I’d recommend. It was pretty cheap (I want to say under $15?), and the one I have runs July to June. It’s the size of a small book, the design I picked is cute, and the clear plastic cover reinforcement is key. I love it and already started looking for the next one.
Plum Paper! I'm on my fifth year of them. I customized it exactly how I want for under $40. I have a referral code for 10% off (I get a kickback, too). Let me know if you want it.
I always get an A5: two-sided days, metal bound, 12-month planner and love how customizable they are. The cover designs are fun and very flexible and the date layouts work very well for me (I am picky about this and want lots of lined space to write.)
