Friday: Off Saturday: 22 mile gravel road ride Sunday: 26 mile chill road ride (cut it short b/c it started raining)
BQ: I go crazy. Pretty much. I love to be outside, but I'm stuck inside on the trainer/doing yoga during the week b/c it's dark and cold after work. I try to get out as much as I can on the weekends. Adding: If I have time before I get on the trainer I may try to get outside to do some light yard work or something outside for 15 minutes.

Friday: Rest Day - did a 10 minute Peloton LB Barre to keep my steak going. Saturday: massively hung over. I swear I didn’t drink more than normal but it hit me super hard. Anyway now thinking dry January is a good idea Sunday: was supposed to be a run day but we had freezing rain all day. Did a 45 minute Peloton ride and PRed! Then 5 minute cooldown and 10 minute stretch.
BQ: ughhhhh it’s hard for me. Right now I’m just working on my base but this week I only got out for a run one day. I can really only run while my girls are at preschool which gives me two days i week and I need to hit both. I didn’t feel comfortable going out Tuesday - we got snow Monday and it never got above freezing Monday or Tuesday. I was able to run Thursday and then today we had the freezing rain. Normally I would have gone to the gym and run on the treadmill but I’m not comfortable going with the current spike in Covid cases. So I guess I’m leaning in to longer Peloton rides and hoping that helps with a little bit of aerobic base.
Friday- walked a half mile in the snow storm we had. Saturday- my shoulder was hurting (recently fractured it) so I didn't do anything except my PT exercises Sunday- Walk/run intervals for 3.1 miles
BQ- I will drive somewhere like the mall and walk around so at least I am getting out of the house and getting some exercise.

Fri: rest Sat: 5 mile run plus 2 mile walk Sun: 5 mile run plus 3 mile walk
BQ: if I can’t work out outdoors, I head for the gym to use the treadmill. Except for right now, my gym is pretty empty so it’s relatively easy to space out. It’s really bad, though, on rest days. I usually get between 4 and 5 miles of walking in on my rest days, between work meetings/ after work and if the weather is crappy, I just don’t. I now live in the land of perpetual summer, so at least it’s just rain that I have to worry about these days.
Fri: 30 min Peloton cycle + 20 min strength Sat: 45 min Peloton cycle Sun: 30 min Peloton cycle
Still building back after having covid, but trying to do something each day.
BQ: I've had a gym membership for years, so I'm lucky to always have options. Now I do most of my workouts at home since I have the equipment. I do get stir crazy and like to get outside at least once a week. We will still go on walks even if its in the single digits just to get outside.
sadlebred, Snow and cold don't bother me at all! I do get nervous running this time of year because I am accident prone, as you know! I do get afraid I will slip on ice.
