BQ: It was supposed to snow here, but where I live we mostly got rain and light snow with no accumulation. There were some big flakes this afternoon when I was outside cleaning up some of the debris from high winds Sat. night. They were so pretty!

Friday: rest Saturday: 30 minute peloton ride Sunday: 30 minute run in the snow
BQ: My watch was going crazy during the first part of my run. I knew DD had wanted to send me “pictures” so I figured that’s what they were. Nope, I got home to 8 audio messages from her asking for my garmin 😂 .
Friday- Rest Saturday- Sat on my ass Sunday- 5.7 miles
BQ- I can't decide if I want to invite a friend to go to Seattle with me. He wants to do a full marathon there and I would just like to a race of any distance there. He can be a jerk, but also really fun. I am just not sure how well we would travel together. We have only traveled to Maine (from MA) together and we had separate hotel rooms.

Fri: rest Sat: 5 mile run Sun: 4 mile run plus light strength Mon: 45 minute spin session
BQ: we had so much wind here this weekend, it was crazy. It was perfect temps for running outside, but the wind was so strong that I couldn’t do it. Like, at one point I stepped outside and the wind gusts were blowing me across the sidewalk. Yikes.

BQ: My workouts this weekend were so tough. It was my first week back to my usual routine after having covid and I know I still need to be patient, but its hard.
...and that would be a no to today's gravel ride. It's 33 degrees with wind gusts to 35+ mph. I had to go outside to clean up some of the small yard debris from this weekend's high winds and froze in 15 minutes.

F: full body strength S: rest Su: shadowboxing and yoga M: full body strength & 20 min LISS
BQ: I've been focusing on strength and stretching workouts recently, and I don't miss cardio at all. Aside from shadowboxing I've really only done LISS cardio recently and I've been enjoying my workouts so much more than when I used to force myself to run.
