Lumion, rhino, enscape, or 3DS max are all possibilities. They may have their own in house kit of parts type software. If it’s just a 2D image like an elevation or photo that doesn’t show any other views it could also be an Adobe program like illustrator or photoshop.

It’s just a 2D photo that they add new paint color and landscaping. It doesn’t look too difficult (famous last words).
I’m trying to visualize new paint colors for the exterior of our house. Any recs on programs? I have professional level knowledge of photoshop and illustrator (but for graphic design versus illustrating), but when I went to college for architecture many, many years ago, we did renderings in watercolor 😆 I’m trying to figure out what might be easiest, but I’m also working full time with a toddler at home. My brain power to figure this out is pretty low.
If you just want to play with paint colours, I’m pretty certain Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams both have tools where you can upload a photo of your house and replace the paint and trim colour. It might not be perfect, but it would certainly be where I would go as a first pass.
Either that or I’m misremembering and the company that made our siding had a program. Royal Building Products. Might be too limited in terms of colours though since it is going to be their product line.

The easiest thing to use would be the paint company’s website tools, where you can upload a photo of your house and change the colors. You could then export or screenshot it and take it into Adobe to add trees, lighting, accents, etc. Crop other photos and scale them over the house photo. You could do it all in photoshop or illustrator but that is a little more complicated to get a good, realistic rendering.
