Friday: Off Saturday: 29 mile gravel ride with teammates Sunday: 25 mile gravel ride
BQ: Yes! I hate the cold. I live just far enough to get a real winter Dec.-mid March. I'm ready for Spring! I hate wearing 2 layers of fleece + baselayers to ride my bike!
Friday- .65 mile dog walk Lol Saturday- Volunteered in the bitter cold at a road race my former running club put on. I planned on running after that, but once my ass hit my couch...it was over. Sunday- 3.1 miles
I am dreaming of swimming and boating for sure. The cold doesn't bother me much, but I do love the summer (minus the humidity).

Fri - 30 min barre class Sat - 30 min spin, 10 minute arms, 10 min core Sun - 30 min spin, 10 min core, 10 min stretch I threw my back out 2 weeks ago and am still hurting if I try to run or or spin much more than 30 mins
Live in NJ and would love a tropical vaca but until COVID settles down would settle for Fla to visit my parents and be outside without shivering
Fri - nothing, I wound up working until nearly midnight Sat - reading for an hour on the bike in a KN95, 15.4 mi Sun - took kids to swim laps in the first slot and I did 60 while they piddled around in our lane, gave blood
January is my least favorite month but as yucky as this one has been, I haven’t been too bothered by it. I’m definitely looking forward to warmer weather, though.
I walked 3 miles yesterday instead of running my double digit marathon training run. It was exhausting just doing the walk.
While I don't have cold symptoms anymore and I don't feel like I need to sleep, my body is exhausted doing simple things.
I tried to peloton and felt like I was pedaling through concrete.
I'm so frustrated and mad. But at least I didn't get covid the week before the marathon? And hopefully my training won't suffer too much. I wasn't looking for any records, anyway.
I live in NE. I hate the freezing bitter cold. I don't mind temps in the 30s, but lower than that and I'm miserable.

fryjack2 I'm sorry. I don't have a race on the schedule, but I am frustrated, too. I think I am still recovering even though its been almost a month since my positive test. Day to day stuff is no issue, but holding my zone 3 for power zone endurance rides on Peloton is a huge challenge for instance. I don't want to redo my zones, but I am feeling down. I know it could have been worse, so I am grateful for that.

Fri - 45 min bootcamp Sat - 45 min Peloton cycle Sun - 45 min Peloton cycle + yoga
I live in MN, so yeah. January and February are about as bad as it gets. Its been below zero for a stretch, so any outdoor activities are a no-go. (well for me...I do see people out running, but I am not that hardcore.) ETA: I travel to FL for work about once a month so its one respite I get and don't hate it
Fri: nothing Saturday: 5 miles during indoor soccer Sunday: couldn't get my butt moving in time to do anything before J left for work. Oops. Working on that starting this week!
BQ: oh goodness yes. I hate running when it's warm/humid but also hate running when it's super cold and snowy like it is now.
