Lol couldn't think of a title.

But where do you go to learn about stocks/companies you may want to invest in?
Since I don't have a 401k for a year, I'm taking some of what I would have put in each month and putting into my ameritrade account. We have some stocks and have done ok.. but I want to learn more.

I second Seeking Alpha. It's one of my primary research sites I use for work.

ETA: If you're using a work computer, depending on how their network filters are set up, it used to get blocked and was listed as a dating site and sexual in nature, WHICH IT IS NOT. I don't know if it was just my work or what, but that was a fun call to get from HR.
