BQ: Well, Atlanta goes by our own local groundhog with a name I can't even repeat it bothers me so much (serious eyerolls--go Google it). We go by his forecast, and I hope he doesn't see his shadow!!

Half marathon in March, and a 10-miler in April.

M: 6 miles easy T: Intervals at the track, upper body and core strength W: rest day Th: 7 miles with hills, lower body and core strength F: Easy run or peloton ride Sat: Long run (14 miles) Sun: Peloton ride, upper body and core
What has been a H&F high this week?
I got myself to the track on Tuesday night for a group workout. I haven’t done that in years.
What has been a H&F low?
It’s still freezing, and if it’s not freezing, it’s raining.
