What has been a H&F high this week? Having the time restrictions from my cardiac restrictions. I still have to keep things to party pace. What has been a H&F low? I'm kind of over having to bundle up in 3 layers of fleece to ride in the Southeast. BQ: Figure skating!

What’s your training plan this week? Mon: Rest Tues: 5 miles with intervals Wed: crosstrain Thurs: 5.5 miles Fri: Rest Sat: 8 miles Sun: 4.5 miles
What has been a H&F high this week? It's slightly warmer this week, and it's been nice to not need gloves when running.
What has been a H&F low? n/a
BQ: what’s your favorite Winter Olympic sport? Oh, this is tough. I like a lot of them! I really like the skiing and snowboarding events. I like bobsled and luge. I'll watch ice skating, but it's one of my least favorite.
