What are you training for?
I’m running two 10-milers and a half marathon in the next 2 months.
What’s your training plan this week?
M: 45 minute Peloton cycle class T: 30 minute Peloton cycle, upper body strength, run with my group W: rest/recovery Th: hill run, lower body strength F: Peloton cycle or short/easy run Sat: 12-15 mile run Sun: Peloton cycle
What has been a H&F high this week?
I ran a very difficult (hilly) 10k and came in second in my age group.

What are you training for? 10k in late March, half in late April, full in October
What’s your training plan this week? Mon: crosstrain Tues: 5 mile tempo run Wed: rest Thurs: 5.5 mile run Fri: rest Sat: 8.5 mile run Sun: 4.5 mile run
What has been a H&F high this week? I keep hitting my tempos/intervals. When I first started working with a running coach in 2019 I struggled HARD with this. Now, my only struggle is I sometimes go too fast during my intervals and it's hard to breath, haha.
What has been a H&F low? I really need this spring like weather to last for another few (many?) months. The humidity today is killing me.
BQ: What’s your favorite candy? Reese's peanut butter cups. Always and forever will be my favorite!
