ALL CARDIAC RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN LIFTED! WOO HOO!
Friday: Off Saturday: 36 mile gravel ride. This is the hardest ride I've done on gravel in over 6 months. I'm wrecked today (Sunday). Sunday: 60 minute recovery ride on the trainer.
BQ: Ask me in about 4-5 weeks. I am just getting going again. I'll try to start adding some speed and intervals this week.
Fri - nothing official but I might have walked a couple of miles through airports Sat - ran 3 mi Sun - ran 7 mi
QOTW: I’ve got a 10k and half coming up so going (a little) longer yesterday was a start… just otherwise trying to keep moving most days, and I’m doing okay with that.

Fri: 5 mile walk Sat: 5.5 mile interval run Sun: 4 mile run
BQ: pretty good. I’m seeing some gains in my speed, so hopefully it sticks and I can improve my half marathon time this year. I even commented to my coach that this last week felt easy running wise, which isn’t always the case. So overall I’m pleased!

Friday: 45 minutes Peloton cycle Saturday: 5 mile easy run with some strides Sunday: 10 mile race
BQ: Training is going well! My goal race this spring is a half marathon. I’ve been working with a coach and also doing a group training program through my running club. I feel good about where I am right now.
BQ: Decent. I've done a good job ramping up my mileage (Feb was the highest in over a year!) and changing up my workouts a bit, but I'm definitely still slower than I was a couple years ago and I don't see that changing anytime soon (or ever). I'm looking to have a strong performance at my April half, but I have no illusions of a PR.
