Jan: something 24/31 days 131.92 mi bike, swam 438 laps (6.08 mi), ran 19 mi, yoga 3x, skiied once, and gave blood. Highlight: skiing with my kids.
Feb: I think I missed recording a couple of days but at least 20/28 days of something 75.73 mi bike, swam 312 laps (4.33 mi), ran 31.5 mi. Highlight: running across the GG bridge.
March - 10k race planned, keep moving in any capacity possible, probably ought to work on some longer runs, and one of these days I’m going to start lifting and doing more yoga….
