Friday: 43 mile road ride Saturday: 60 minute recovery trainer ride (see my BQ, and it was raining ou.t) Sunday: 32 mile gravel ride
BQ: Yes, I was on the trainer. I don't mind temps around 32, but wind gusts to 40 mph make it dangerous. No, I forgot to buy a piece of pie at the grocery store yesterday. If you ask Amazon Alexa to "sing you a Pi day song," it's pretty cute!
BQ: New England was spared, we just got a dusting. I run outside as long as it’s not icy (those of you around her long enough might remember I slipped on an icy sidewalk and broke my leg in 3 places years ago so I have a bit of PTSD there). It was real feel 5* with the wind this morning but that doesn’t bother me. I’ll take a 5 degree run over an 80 degree run any day.
Fri: 20 min yoga Sat: 60 min Peloton cycle Sun: 30 min Peloton cycle + 20 min yoga (I totally forgot about the time change, so I lost an hour of what would have been workout time since I had to be somewhere by noon. Oops)
BQ: No snow over the weekend, but the temps last week were below average. I think spring is finally happening with temps in the 40's this week. I have everything I need indoors, so the weather doesn't really change what I do since I am not training for a race.
