Yep, we've graduated from the RE and transferred to OB! She was measuring 12 weeks on Tuesday, so they decided to update the due date to 11/15.

We did the anatomy scan last week at 18w5d. The baby was curled into a tiny ball but eventually was poked and prodded enough to stretch out and wave around their tiny hands! Everything looks good and is measuring normal.

H and I did a photo shoot for our announcement on Sunday. We've mostly just been telling some people in person until now. Should get those back in about 2 weeks. We'll be at 20 weeks this Thursday!

Good, although it's a little surreal! We leave on Sunday to drive 6 hours to the AirBnb by the hospital. She'll be induced on 11/17, at 39 weeks, unless she goes into labor on her own before that. I'm finishing up things at work, anticipating being off for 2 months. We finished the nursery last week!

It’s a girl!

We were going to induce on 11/17 at 39 weeks, but the baby had other plans. Our surrogate’s water broke Tuesday morning, so my H and I quickly finished what work we could and alerted everyone that we were starting leave two days early. We got to the hospital at 11:30 or so and miss Thomasin Rosemary was born at 5:08 PM on 11/15. She’s absolutely perfect!
