Hi all, has anyone bought anything from Interior Define? I love a couch from there, but I’m worried about their online reviews (many about delays, which I’m not too worried about, but also poor corporate customer service). Apparently they’re a startup that started in 2018. Thoughts?
I clicked on this just hoping for a quick feel of good vs bad... and stayed for the 22 minute saga. Oh my. My couch cost almost that much (in pre-COVID times), but it's extremely comfortable and well made and still looks nearly new after 5 years of heavy use.

I didn't listen to the saga but you might want to try Room and Board ... I think they have very similar styles, a variety of fabrics, and I had great customer service from them. A couple of the fabric covers came off our buttons and I emailed them to ask the best way to try to reattach them, and they sent someone to the house to do it for free.
Thanks all! I definitely checked out Room and Board. I ended up going with Maiden Home, whose sofas are all manufactured in NC (where we live). The have great reviews (but if you see bad ones, don’t tell me).

It was painful to watch! I watched the whole thing too. We have an Interior Define here now, and I went in. Their showroom is beautiful, and the girl that helped me was so nice. But dang, their reviews are horrific on all sites.

Yeah, that is the one downside to watching her - she does tend to drag things out at times. Though her meandering does help me fall asleep some nights 🤣.

Bumping this old thread because I am considering (strongly) getting Maiden Home furniture. I’m also in NC and love that it’s made here. I’ve talked with a designer who has done a floor plan for me. How do you like you sofa after two years?

I would say structurally it’s great. The customer service after the fact has been awesome. We got cushions with feathers and they never stopped coming out, so the company just recently mailed me new back cushion inserts. Also, they sent me a new bottom cover, because I felt like the fabric wasn’t wearing well. So, while those two things weren’t great, they handled it great.
