We're picking out our range (and hood and microwave drawer) for our kitchen remodel. We want a mid-range oven/range if that makes sense. Not standard GE but not thermador.
We have gas - so gas with a large middle 5th burner. I love a convection oven - but an airfryer oven doesn't matter to me. I don't need to control the oven with my phone, etc...
We saw the Signature Kitchen Suite today and really like it - the racks slide SO smooth...
We have had our GE cafe dual fuel range for almost two years. I cook all the time and love it. I thought the wifi part was silly, but I actually use it all the time. Especially when my hands are dirty or I'm doing something else and I can tell Alexa to adjust or turn the oven on and off, or coming home to a preheated oven! It also alerts my phone when the oven is preheated, which I've found handy when I'm out and my kids are at home so I can know they're using the oven.

We have a GE Monogram 6 burner range with a convection oven (36”) and it is amazing. It has had two years of daily use and no complaints so far. I like that every burner goes from low simmer to highest heat, so you don’t have to move things around. It also has wok stands built in which are pretty fun. It does require a higher capacity hood fan, which required us to install a make up air unit on our furnace so that the house wouldn’t wind up in a vacuum. So that part made it more expensive than your budget I would guess, but that might not be the case if you only had 4 or 5 burners.
Our drawer microwave is a Bosch. When we were in the market there weren't many options and I think this was literally the only one that fit in the space in our island
No recs on the range/oven as we went with induction.
Have you looked at Jennair? We have really liked the Jennair appliances that came with our house and for the new kitchen we're putting in, we ordered all Jennair again. Supposedly it's an upgrade from something like GE or Whirpool, but nowhere near the price tag of Thermador.
We decided to go with a 36" cooktop rather than a range top. Our contractor and the sales guy said that the range top is more like professional grade, so more powerful, with some cool features, and of course more expensive. I cook a lot, but I really felt like I couldn't justify the cost of the range top and would get by just fine with the cooktop. This is what we ordered: www.jennair.com/cooktops/gas/traditional-gas-cooktops/p.euro-style-36-inch-5-burner-gas-cooktop.jgc3536gs.html
