Tips for tiling bathroom floor?

Our easy powder room makeover has become a full gut. We need to lay tile this weekend!! We've never tiled before. I've watched YouTube videos but will welcome tips before we get started. It's only about 5'x5'. I haven't bought tile yet but found a basket weave tile from Lowes I like (too advanced?). Subfloor is concrete slab.

That is a fairly complicated pattern but it looks like it comes in sheets so maybe not too bad. They should give you instructions for laying out the sheets of tiles. You can lay out all the tile on the floor first and use spacers. You’ll want to figure out your start and stop points but that is easier and matters less with small format tiles.

When we used marble, we bought one that was sealed. That might be something to consider for this tile.

Thanks for the replies! Just laid the tile and it looks great. I'm sealing it tomorrow and then grouting!
