I’m piddling along. Did something 25/31 days - yoga twice, ran 38.7 mi, swam 390 laps (5.42 mi), biked 67.26 mi, walked 3.85 mi, lifted once. Highlights I guess were a virtual 10k and giving blood for the second time already this year; the low point was falling - boom - on all fours the other day when I wore the wrong damn shoes to run. I even had a moment a few minutes before of “hey I’m kind of slipping around in these and maybe shouldn’t be running in this pair…” My neighbor saw the whole thing and swore there was a little lip to the surface where I fell but he was just being nice, lol. My knee is still pretty sore but hopefully in another day or so I’ll be good to go.
Goal for April is to run around 10 a couple of times so I’m not totally unprepared for the half in May. 😬
