Friday: Off Saturday: 32 mile gravel ride Sunday: 2 hour mountain bike ride
BQ: It's spring in Georgia! That means Zyrtec, Benadryl, allergy eye drops, Flonase, and ALL.THE.THINGS. I just ride through it. Oh, and dusting the pine pollen off of my bike and me when I'm done for the next 2 weeks.
Friday: off Saturday: 5 miles Sunday: 60 min cardio at the gym
BQ: I don't think pollen is tooo bad here yet, but I'm in Central Ohio so we're currently wavering between third winter and actual spring. There's possible snow in the forecast for this weekend then springlike weather next week so I expect the pollen to pick up soon, plus the flowering trees in my neighborhood are all getting ready to lose their collective minds.
BQ: We're also hanging on to winter up here in Boston, so no pollen yet. I'm usually not too terribly affected by pollen (my allergy nightmare is cats).

Fri: 8 mile walk with a friend Sat: 5 mile run Sun: 9 mile run
BQ: I feel like it's always pollen season where I live. It's out of control right now. I take Zyrtec regularly and then Sudafed when I need more help. Oh, and Advil for the inevitable headache. But I don't let it stop me, and most days it's just a nuisance.
