Just waiting on pillows to arrive this week. We had that Flexsteel sectional for 12 years and waited to get new furniture till kids were older. I think it totally transformed the space. We also recently repainted the walls to SW Accessible Beige. Here are before and afters.

Looks great! Also, I really love the bunny decor on the mantle.
I am curious how you liked your flex steel couch though? We are thinking of getting something like that for our family room which is casual and a play area.

freshsqueezed Thanks! DD and I painted those wooden bunnies together, it's a fun pop of color.
The Flexsteel sofa was great in terms of comfort, definitely a great napping spot. Also with 3 kids it was wonderful in that all 5 of us could sit on it without touching. There were recliners on both ends and the mechanisms for those also worked well for the length of time we had it. The only negative was the leather, it started losing it's color/fading early on which should not have happened and is a sign of lesser quality leather. So if I bought one again, and I would, I would do a fabric.
Eta the recliners were on one end, the other end was a chaise. The second recliner was next to the one on the end. There was also a console in the middle that lifted up for storage.
Looks great! Layout is similar to my parents' new condo, which they are also painting accessible beige. Looks great in your space! What direction does the big back window in the living room face? Thanks.

Those windows all face east.
Eta And they looks so bad, kids have been using window markers on them. Streaks for days! But so much fun!
Didn’t see any window streaks! I was just looking at my patio doors today and noticing the handprints everywhere. Thanks for the info on the windows and paint.
