Fri - ran 3 mi, walked about 0.75 mi w/ my friend Sat - 8.45 mi, gym bike Sun - ran 10.7 mi, walked about 0.75 w/ another neighbor/friend Spring goals are just to keep moving. We are so freaking busy I’m just hoping I can still fit things in more days than not.
Friday- Off! I did packet stuffing for the Boston Marathon! Saturday- 3.1 mile walk with a friend Sunday- 3.1 mile run by myself. I also did my weighted hula hoop for a half hour.
Spring goals are to get back into Half marathon mode!
Fri- 5k run Saturday- 10 mile run at a minute faster per mile than I plan to run on Marathin Monday. Sunday- stretching/foam rolling, exercises to strengthen my injuries
Goal for spring- run a 5k or 10k with my kids every month. We did 2 a month for charities last spring/summer and it was so fun. They are so fast at 9 that I just let them fly and then wait for me after they cross the finish line.
