I have a consulting business with very low expenses, but I have some bigger purchases coming up and would prefer my monthly software subscriptions be charged to a business credit card for accounting tracking. The card my business account bank offers doesn’t seem great. It has a pretty high yearly fee and the rewards are meh. I have an S-Corp and I’m the only shareholder/ president.
If you have a a business credit card, what card, what are the fees, and what are the benefits? Do you need to reconcile rewards with accounting?

Chase INK is a pretty easy business card with no AF. I do not reconcile my rewards, I moved them to my UR (Chase Ultimate Rewards) account and use when ready.
DH has an S-corp, and he has a dedicated personal card for all of his expenses. Pre-COVID, his expenses could top mid- to high- 5 figures because of all of his travel.
We love the Amex blue card for personal expenses because of the cash back. For business, he has a card that contributes 2% of all charges to our kids’ 529 plan. He also has airline-specific cards so that he can earn status and upgrade.
