We're starting our kitchen remodel in a few weeks and I'm trying to finalize some items.
I like the size of this sink (we want single basin and we have a 33" wide base cabinet) - but do you think the 1" incline from end to end is too much? and would cause everything we put in the sink to slide? I can't find reviews for this specific model of sink.
Also - does anyone have any pendant and dining room lights they love? I'm struggling with finding pendant lights for our small island 3' x 5' and coordinating that with something over the dining room table - it will be a complete open concept so will only be about 12' from each other. I kind of like this - but not sure and then not sure how to coordinate this with a DR light.
the overall style would be contemporary - not modern and not farmhouse
Kitchen colors will be SW7004 Snowbound perimeter cabinets, dark gray SW7075 Web Gray island cabinets, Cambria quartzite countertops (white with gray veining - shocking! LOL) backsplash, white picket 2" x 12" vertical kitchen faucet - Delta Shiloh matte black cabinet pulls - dark brass (probably - still figuring this one out as well)

I can’t wait to see it all come together! Which pattern of Cambria did you go with? We love ours. It has been so easy to take care of. There were a couple of things that sat on it, and it all came out without a problem.
For the sink, what are you worried about running towards the drain? I don’t think that 1” over that long of a span will make a difference, but if you are concerned, there are similar sinks out there with a center drain. We have a 28” Kohler, and things stay put unless we get down there with the sprayer.
As for the lighting, I probably won’t be much help. We don’t have an island, so we only have the light over our dining table and sconces over the big window in the space. I have pictures of our kitchen that we just finished further down on the page somewhere. We are really happy with our choices.
Good luck! Hope it all comes together smoothly for you!

We have a single basin sink with the drain on the right. It slopes about an inch and nothing slides. Food bits sometimes get stuck on the high side, so make sure you have a pull-down spraying faucet that will reach the whole sink. We love our single basin. Everything fits!
